Central Purchase Commitee (CPC)
In Modification to the proceedings, the Central Purchase Commitee (CPC) is re-constituted with the following members for a period of one year.The Commitee scrutinizes the quotations / tenders/ comparative statements in connection with purchase of equipment / furniture / computers / chemicals / stationery etc., and give its recommendations to place orders with firms. Â Â The Dean / Head of the Department / Office / Section concerned shall also attend the meeting when items pertaining to their School / Department / Section are placed before the Central Purchase Commitee. |
