About
The School of Herbal Studies and Naturo Sciences was established at Dravidian University to accommodate the Life Science Departments and Chemistry Department, including the Departments of Herbal Studies, Biotechnology, and Chemistry. The school offers 4 Postgraduate Programs, 3 Undergraduate Programs, and 2 Ph.D. programs across various subjects. It comprises a multidisciplinary skill set encompassing different vistas, with years of experience in teaching and research, supported by a team of laboratory assistants, technicians, and other non-teaching staff. Additionally, the school houses a central instrumentation facility with advanced equipment funded by UGC Non-SAP, DSR-SERB, and DBT-funded individual faculty projects. It also includes a Bioinformatics lab, a 14-acre Medicinal plant garden, and an Animal house facility recognized by CPCSEA
