About The Department :
The Department of Botany was established in 2013 has an post graduate courses were introduced. The Department has excellent infrastructure facilities and expert staff members in different fields of plant sciences. Botany is sought after subject with vast employment potential both in the academic and research fields.
The Department offers the postgraduate M.Sc course in Botany with an intake of 30 students with so many specializations like Cytology, Plant physiology, Plant pathology, Plant molecular biology, Phytomedicine and Ethanobotany etc.,
